We are located close to the Peak District, with Chatsworth House not far away. It is surrounded by Oakerthrope Nature Reserve and is perfect for those wanting to explore Derbyshire. We live next door and there are friendly cats and a dog that live on the property. *please note Hot Tub needs to be booked BY THE GUEST DIRECTLY with ‘Midland Hot Tub Hire’ for price, to arrive at the property the day before arrival to be filled and heated by host. Lime Tree Cottage new barn convention

lime tree cottage is a band new barn convention with its own private hot tub, this very equipped cottage sleeps 2 and a infant or a camp bed is available on request. This spacious little cottage has a king size bed, bathroom with a shower, sink and w/c. In the lounge we have a 55” smart tv and beautiful views down the valley. The kitchen is well equipped for everything you would need, also has a dishwasher and washing machine. There are some beautiful walks and pubs in walking distance.

The Annexe is self contained in the garden of our home in Wingerworth. Private entrance through small conservatory . Shower room , fridge, kettle, toaster , microwave. Cereals, bread, butter and preserves provided. Close to countryside and Peak District National Park . On drive parking. Bus stops nearby to Chesterfield and Derby with links by bus/train from Chesterfield Rail Station. Good local walks and Chatsworth Estate 20 minutes drive. Excellent Pub/Restaurant 5 minutes walk away.
