Lovely village house with terrace and sea views

Enjoy your stay in this pretty, centrally located village house in Bedar village, only a short walk to all amenities, tapas bars, art centre, bakery etc etc. The bright , quirky house is all on one level with steps to an outside terrace with fabulous sea views. There are two double bedrooms , one with a Juliet balcony. The kitchen is modern & newly fitted and the living room also has a dining area. Also parking is not a problem with a parking space for this house only!. A fabulous property.

This is a one room studio apartment. It is a small self-contained unit with a ground floor entrance onto a service road. It has 2 single beds which can be made as one double, TV and kitchen area with a small breakfast-bar. A bathroom with shower and a washing machine. Situated approx 16 km from the beach at Las Marinas. Local shop is 5mins walking distance, the town of Antas approx 1km. Suitable for 1 or 2 people needing a short stay at an economical price. A characterful, luxurious apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining/kitchen/sitting & private terrace, overlooking the pool. 1 km from Lubrin in a valley called La Alcarria. The house is set in 4 acres of terraced land, planted with olive, almond and fruit trees. We are in rural area of Spain where life is very laid back so a great place to relax, walk, read and recharge. The village of Lubrin is a traditional Spanish village with a couple of bars for tapas, and shops for your basics.

Off grid cave apartment with private pool

Winter (Nov-March) per month only. This cave sleeps max 3 people, there is a double bed (160x200) and a sofa bed.(100x 185). There is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a large bedroom with closet space. The entrance door and the window have mosquito screens. The cave is, even in summer, nice and cool inside. The property has a large swimming pool , garden with lots of chill out areas and a roof terrace for yoga. I live here all year with my 3 small dogs.
