Family Legacy Resort, Making great family memories

We purchased the property in 2010 and Built this cottage for our family. After our children moved out we sold our home and moved here as our full-time residence. We loved lake living so decided to build our new home on the same property, using our cottage as a guest home. We did not use it as much as expected so we decided to Rent it for additional retirement income. The building has 1536 sq ft, including the 3-season porch. 2, 12'x15' bedrooms with 7 beds, plus a sofa bed in the living area.

Treloar Cottage

Tucked away in the quaint countryside, Treloar Cottage provides the peaceful getaway you've been waiting for! There are water activities, a grill, fireplace, campfire pit and full lake access. The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. Upon arrival, don't forget to look in our activity binder for things to do and places to see! Or, just get comfortable and enjoy!

Saugatuck Waterfront Retreat

This lake front home will make you want to stay forever! Nestled on over 3 wooded acres at the end of a private drive, at the waters edge of Silver Lake, you can enjoy gorgeous lake views, stunning sunsets, sandy bottom swimming, and the ability to take a boat ride to Saugatuck and out to Lake Michigan. Everyone in your group will find space to both socialize and in this stylishly renovated lake home and coach house. Only a 5 minute drive to downtown Saugatuck for restaurants and shopping.

Lake MI Cabin: Private Beachfront with 60 Acres

Your retreat at Wake Robin begins with a mile-long drive through wooded dunes, opening up to elevated views of Lake Michigan. This 60-acre estate features private beachfront, beach deck, firepit & hiking trails. This home can host 6 adults. Enjoy the elevated deck and rooms with plenty of lake views. Our neighboring Main House sleeps an additional 10 adults and shares the yard and private beach. Homes are separated by a dune for privacy. We have a listing for both properties on Airbnb.

Located in the heart of it all, you can walk to both downtowns and all restaurants, bars, and shops. Condo complex located on Kalamazoo Lake, where you can fish, kayak, paddleboard, and enjoy the water. Near beaches, pickleball courts, and trails. You'll love your stay at Swing Bridge House!

Lucky Stone Cottage

Short walk to Pier Cove, a small public beach. West County Park, a larger public beach, is 1 mile away. From the house you have a view of Lake Michigan and sunsets 3/4 of the year. Gas & charcoal grills provided. Enjoy the "woodsy" large backyard at the firepit with roomy benches and chairs. Firewood available for the firepit and inside fireplace. Short drive to Saugatuck and Douglas. 4 Curser bikes provided. (October to mid-May check out is 6PM.)
