Up The Creek- Relaxing Mtn Farmhouse by the water

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful mountain home. Located on 6 acres by a large creek where you can hike, fish or just play and cool off. You can hang out at our pond where you can swim or float & soak up some sun on provided floats. In addition to the main house we have a pond house where you can chill & grill while you are hanging out at the pond. Located close to the River if you want to rent kayaks or tubes. Dine at nearby cafes or we’re a short trip to town. Must be 21 to book.

It is located near the Blue Ridge Parkway, the New River, and Stone Mountain State Park. Play golf at Olde Beau, Cedar Brooke, or New River Country Club. Come and sit on the porch or 2 decks to enjoy the peaceful farm life.

The Havens at Greenwood Glen

Need space for a large group? Family reunion, wedding party, conference, multifamily vacation? The Havens at Greenwood Glen are 8 cabins located on a 5 acre property at milepost 265 of the Blue Ridge Parkway. 8 separate cabins all within walking distance provide the perfect setting for everyone to have their own space yet still rove between one another's cabins, gather on the large hardscape patio, or enjoy s'mores around one of the two fire pits. We can accommodate up to 36 guests at once.

The SheShed

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The SheShed has a million dollar view and is located 2 miles off the Blue Ridge Parkway. It is at a 3000 ft elevation with vast views of the mountains and valleys. A hiker’s dream location with several hiking trails in the surrounding area. When not hiking you can visit the many vineyards or take a trip to the nearby towns to enjoy local shops, music and dining. This cabin is designed for a couple to get away and get back to nature.

Crab Creek Cabin

For those wanting a true “early settlers” experience (with a blend of modern-day amenities), take it easy at this unique and tranquil, off-the-grid, getaway. Crab Creek Cabin is a 16’ x 16’, two storied hand-hewn beam cabin! A narrow ladder will lead you upstairs to a comfortable, King mattress. (Ability to climb a ladder and not be afraid of heights is a must)! Outside offers a covered porch, dining area, kitchen (propane), vintage outhouse (flush toilet), and an outdoor shower.

River Hill Hideaway

River Hill Hideaway is a cozy place of respite from the whirlwind called life. You can fish for bass, catfish and sunfish in the pond, or relax on the deck and listen to the river (if you can hear it over the crickets and frogs). The Little River (a trout stocked stream) bends just around the back of the property and you are welcome to fish there or enjoy the swimming hole. Be sure to get a NC fishing license if you plan to fish in the Little River.

Steps to the Blue Ridge Parkway, minutes to Stone Mountain State Park, Doughton Park, New River State Park, and at the edge of the Yadkin Valley Wine District, the list of activities are endless including sitting on the deck or by the fire pit watching the view go by. HOUSE IS FINE❤️ Only damage we had was massive trees on driveway.❤️ The view is AMAZING. 6 1/2 Acres Nestled in Blue Ridge Mountains. Blue Ridge Parkway home is situated in the mountains of North Carolina, less than a .3 mile hidden driveway ON the Blue Ridge Parkway. The sunsets are amazing. Just take a scenic drive along the Parkway and enjoy many of the overlooks and views from all around! The home is a perfect place to recharge.
