Walnut Grove Farmhouse, a renovated 1930s era home, is a remnant of an old farm. We are situated on 17 acres of rolling hills with handsome views from the upper pasture along with a stand of 14 walnut trees. Sit a spell on the porch, listen to the trickling brook (a roaring brook when we get significant rain), the sound of birds, the sounds at night and maybe some turkeys will venture through. We are located midway between Franklin and Dillsboro, Sylva, Cullowhee.

Fontana View 3: Smoky Mnt Family Cabin, Sleeps 18!

This 3-story ridge-top cabin sleeps 18 (5BR, 4BA, 11 beds) with stunning views and direct trail access to Tsali Recreation Area. Perfect for groups, it’s walking distance to Fontana View 1 & 2—together sleeping up to 28. Enjoy a wraparound deck with grill, dining for 12, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, hammocks, and cornhole. Inside, the great room boasts a stone fireplace, wall of windows, 55" TV, game table, full kitchen with 2 dishwashers, and spacious dining area.

Sweet Pea Tiny Home

Such an adorable little little space! It has a queen bed on main level(no loft), little couch, tv, full size kitchen with full size fridge. It was custom built in the summer of 2020 by the Amish, with plenty of attention to detail. We placed it Creekside in our tiny home community. We added a door out the bedroom to have its own little deck and steps to take you out to your own firepit and creek area along with a charcoal grill. It's the cutest little tiny home!

Pop’s Cottage is located just outside of Bryson city with absolutely breathtaking views of the Smokey Mountains as your back drop. This open floor plan cottage is The perfect spot for two or a small family. Inside, this quaint little cabin has tongue and groove throughout, a fully stocked kitchen, King sized bed, and a 55” smart TV. Next, take a step outside to see what makes this place so special. You will immediately be in awe of the view of the Smokies!
