El apartamento es exterior a una plaza, hay luz natural durante todo el día. Está reformado, cocina, baño...etc. Los muebles son rústicos de los años 80. Ubicado a cinco minutos de la playa y casco antiguo. Dispone de Wifi y aire acondicionado. La TV tiene conexión a internet. Cama de matrimonio de 150cm de calidad. Ofrecemos descuento del 20% por semana y del 45% por mes. Hay aparcamiento cercano gratuito por las tardes. Hay ascensor y rampa, pueden resultar estrechos para silla de ruedas.

Casa Harley is a recently renovated 4-storey house in the centre of ALMUÑÉCAR, 9 minutes walk from the beach. The house is very close to many excellent local bars and restaurants. The main supermarkets are a few minutes walking distance. The rent is for the whole house and includes a secure garage 5 minutes walk from the house. Please note that this is a multi-level house with stairs and would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems and young children would need close supervision

Itsasbarri es una casita con alma en la parte más alta del casco histórico, a pocos metros de su emblemático Castillo y a 5 minutos a pie de bares y restaurantes. Ubicada en una zona peatonal muy tranquila, cuenta con internet, salón, 2 habitaciones con cama doble, cocina equipada y baño. Pero lo que hace diferente a Itsasbarri es su terraza doble con espectaculares vistas al mar, así como su bodega y un pequeño patio con mucho encanto que harán de tu estancia una experiencia inolvidable.

Casa soleada a escasos metros del mar.

El apartamento tiene una decoración muy actual con mobiliario nuevo de gran calidad, muy apropiado para familias con niños. Lo mejor es su ubicación está situado en el centro del pueblo con la playa a escasos metros ,ideal para el verano y para invierno, ya que es muy soleado. Tiene todos los servicios muy cerca. Si no quiere utilizar el coche no es necesario ya que están las tiendas, supermercados, restaurantes, bares....todo lo que pueda necesitar al lado.
