The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania.Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

Βρίσκεται σε κομβικό σημείο 10 λεπτά από το κέντρο της πόλης, δίπλα στην εθνική οδό που σας οδηγεί σε όλα τα πανέμορφα χωριουδάκια της επαρχίας καθώς και στις πανέμορφες παραλίες του Νομού μας. Δεν θα σας λήψει τίποτα, γιατί τα πάντα είναι κοντά σας, κομμωτήριο ,φαρμακείο, ενοικιαστηκά αυτοκίνητα , μεγάλα super markets, εστιατόρια ,καφετέριες..... Σε λίγα μόλις λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκεστε σ' ένα πανέμορφο πάρκο μέσα σε δασάκι που το περικυκλώνουν αμμώδεις παραλίες. The space of the house consists of a spacious kitchen full equiped with a large terrace a spacious bathroom with solar panel for hot water, a living room with 3 large sofas, two bedrooms consisting of two large beds 1.40 m width and 2m height with wardrobes in one bedroom has a sofa bed for one person Τhe advantage of the house is the spacious interiors full equiped in order to be able to enjoy the view the sun n΄ the nature, also the home does not have air conditioning unnecessarily because the thick stone walls κeep the area cool ideals.The visitors have access to all parts of the house.The hause has spacious parking and gardens with nature beauty.

This calming home is designed specifically for two people to enjoy a sense of seclusion in a private and inspiring landscape of olive trees whilst being close to surrounding villages and amenities. For guests who are feeling energetic, the pool has a powerful jet that creates a strong current to swim against. The pool can be heated upon request. There is a separate office connected to the house which can be used for remote working or as a peaceful yoga studio.
