Town house, art deco style, wood burner.

Number Sixteen is a small Victorian terrace in the old part of town. Recently refurbished after standing empty, the house has been completely reworked inside to provide a comfortable, up to date home in the centre of Alnwick. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and separate shower and a large airy double bedroom with super-king size bed. Number Sixteen is a short walk from all amenities (pubs, restaurants, shops, bus station) and from attractions such as Alnwick Castle.

The house offers: two bedrooms, both with period features; a family bathroom and separate toilet; a sitting room with 43inch flat smart TV and wood burning stove; and a large kitchen diner with range cooker and American-style fridge freezer. Bedroom Two can be set as two singles or a super-king. To rear of the house there is a small yard with outdoor dining furniture. The large entrance hall with the original stone-flagged floor is the ideal space to store bikes, wellies or buckets and spades.

It's also perfectly located (about a 10 min walk) for Alnwick Castle & Gardens. Newly decorated/carpeted, the house is the perfect place for a Northumbrian break. Alnmouth Bay is just under 10 mins drive, with Beadnell, Seahouses and Bamburgh about another 15 mins away.
