Welcome to my lovingly designed and officially registered apartment. You can relax and work in the midst of chic and cozy designs. It is the perfect place for families, business and couples to discover beautiful Vienna. The apartment offers light-flooded living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a small outdoor patio, an infrared sauna, high speed wifi, Smart TV and a workplace are a matter of course. The city center, shopping streets, transport and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

You are within short distance of renowned restaurants, trendy cafes and local landmarks. The apartment is also well connected to public transportation, making it very easy to explore the city (historic center).

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und hat meiner Familie gehört, wir sind hier aufgewachsen. Daher sind noch sehr viele, persönliche Gegenstände in der Wohnung. Man fühlt sich hier, durch die warme und stilvolle Einrichtung richtig wohl, fast zuhause. Die Wohnung hat zwei große Terrassen, die eine im Osten (aufgehende Sonne), die andere im Westen (untergehende Sonne), die ein besonderes Licht zulassen.

Location: The central location allows you to comfortably explore historical sights, top-notch restaurants, and vibrant shopping streets on foot. Public transportation is also easily accessible, enabling you to explore the entire city with ease. The surrounding offers: Parliament, Burgtheater, Rathauspark, Volksgarten, University, Volkstheater, Christmas Markets, Heldenplatz and much more.

If you do not want to travel far you can enjoy the restaurants and bars close by (<100m). You will also find a big Supermarket just around the corner along with everything you could need. A City-Bike Rental Station is very close by. The AKH Hospital is 350m away.
