A votre disposition une cuisine équipée, un salon, une sdb et wc, à l'étage 2 grandes chambres à coucher avec télé (les lits sont faits) , une sdb avec wc, et 2 chambres sous les combles avec lits séparés. The beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 is situated in a 4,400 m² park with a wooded area, barbecue facilities, and a terrace. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Parken können sie direkt vor der Tür. Check in/out Zeiten sind angegeben, dennoch flexibel.

Unser Haus ist in der Ortsmitte gelegen, zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Banken, Dienstleister und Gastronomiebetriebe sind von hier auch fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zum Würzbacher Weiher sind es etwa 800m, eine Bushaltestelle und der Bahnhof sind in der Nähe. 70 m², großes Ess-/Wohnzimmer mit komplett eingerichteter Einbauküche, großzügig bemessenes Bad mit bodengleicher Dusche/Waschbecken/WC, Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett, Waschmaschine.

Wir liegen im Zentrum der Rosenstadt Zweibrücken im Stadtteil Ixheim. Die Anbindung zur Autobahn ist keine fünf Minuten entfernt.
