Beach front accommodation in Lossiemouth, with stunning views across east beach and estuary. Close to all amenities, bars, restaurants, shops, golf courses. The guest suite is on ground floor, double room, bathroom, large living room which includes a double sofa bed. Access to decking area with views across the beach. Tea & Coffee facilities with fridge & microwave oven. Included in your stay is fresh milk & home bakes. One well behaved dog is welcome. Pet fee will be added at time of booking.

Luxury dog-friendly farmhouse & hot tub, sleeps 8+

Set within stunning farm landscape, Surradale Farmhouse is truly special. The Farmhouse sleeps 8 (+ 2 children), with option to lease the adjoining Surradale Loft for an additional 2 people (with separate entrance, kitchenette and bathroom). With a wood fired hot tub set in the secluded garden and overlooking the stunning views, miles of picturesque walking from the doorstep, or a short drive to beaches or private tennis court, you'll be spoilt for things to do. All beds can be twin or double.

Duffus House Lodge - rural retreat

The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

Kimberley House, Findhorn

Luxury retreat in Findhorn. The cottage comprises two double bedrooms on the ground floor, both en-suite, and a large open plan dining/living space and kitchen upstairs. The property is architecturally striking and has been designed and built by a local architect and finished to a very high standard including luxurious linens and toiletries. Retaining much of its original character the property makes an ideal base for a great Scottish holiday and exploring the quiet and unspoilt Moray coast.

Staves Cottage - A newly renovated bespoke space for guests to enjoy all that Moray and the highlands have to offer. Set just minutes away from the beach you can enjoy peaceful walks or venture further afield to explore various attractions. Activities such as Distillery tours, fishing or clay pigeon shooting can be arranged (at additional costs). Self check in is available but hosts are on hand should you require assistance. Luxury self-catering log cabin at Assich Zen Lodge

Designed as a playful cross between a Zen tea house and Highland hunting lodge, Assich Zen Lodge is a luxury log cabin with Zen garden, created within the grounds - and using many of the stones - of an ancient ruined byre. It offers truly unique, romantic and luxurious accommodation in beautiful and tranquil surroundings, where guests can enjoy stunning panoramic views of mountain, sea, forest and castle, with exclusive use of large decked area, wood-fired hot-tub, sauna and fire pit.

Glampods Glamping Pod -Meet Highland Cows Elgin

Mosstowie, 10 minute drive from Elgin. Double bed, single bunk bed and a king size sofa bed. Underfloor heating during the day, a seating area and a dining area with table and 5 chairs with a smart TV. It has ample storage for luggage and clothes etc. Bathroom: toilet, shower, sink. kitchen: oven, fridge, 2 ringed cooker, sink, microwave, kettle, toaster Outside: seating area, decking and a bbq. We also have 3 highland pet cows over the fence and my 2 VBN sheep are nearby too.

Gas central heating. 2 double beds, kitchen including air fryer , bathroom. The cottage has been refurbished to a very high standard and comes equipped with all you will need to enjoy your stay. Maximum total number of guests is 2 plus one infant.
