Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Tiny House on the Prairie is waiting to include you and your guest in this picturesque escape from the city. Snuggle up like a bug in a rug in the King size bed nestled in the loft. Wake up to a view of the grazing horses and cows. Watch the sunrise from the porch. This Tiny House is located on a 205 acre working ranch and riding stables. This hidden gem is located in the heart of League City. Serene and peaceful are a couple of ways to describe this charmer. Nestled beneath live oak and pecan trees, this home offers a spacious backyard, patio, and kayaks for guests to enjoy. Take a 2 minute stroll to Heritage Park which boasts a lovely kayak launch ramp and watch a sunset views over Clear Creek. Spend the day at nearby NASA or the Kemah Boardwalk. Not to mention, Downtown Houston and Galveston are just a short drive away.

Additionally this space is located in between highway 288 and 35, ideal for a quick ride to hotspots like Pearland Town Center and Baybrook Mall.

The 1847 Powhattan House & Living History Museum

Until there is time-travel, staying in the 1847 Powhatan House may be the next best thing. This is the 3rd oldest house in Galveston and has an amazing, almost unbelievable history. This beautiful Greek Revival style home is located 3 blocks from the beach and close to the Strand. The story of the house is told in a brief documentary on YouTube entitled “The Amazing History of Galveston's 1847 Powhatan House.”
