Built in 1823 as the servants’ quarters, it blends period charm with thoughtful modern touches. We live within a quiet small estate that is situated in the heart of Derbyshire. lots of little towns ,Belper is a lovely town with river gardens and lovely boutiques for shopping. Fancy walking or bike riding why not visit matlock or the peak district

A stand-alone, single level contemporary property in a garden setting built in 2016. Located in a peaceful rural area, 6 miles north of Derby or 12 miles to the west of Nottingham, the property is ideal for two people however it can accommodate up to four sleeping. It benefits from a large off road parking area for multiple vehicles if you and your party are travelling separately. Large enough to accommodate a motor home or caravan should this option be required.
