Townfoot Byre, Troutbeck is a beautiful bedroom suite in our 330 year old traditional Lakeland farmhouse. The house was built in 1691 and what is now Townfoot Byre would have originally housed animals. However, it has now been converted it into a charming and cosy bedroom suite with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Spa, sauna, swimming pool and gym access at a local club is included, free with your stay. A 7Kw EV charger is available, if you're travelling in an electric vehicle.

High Grove is a spacious 3 storey cottage, part of a converted stone barn,enjoying fantastic views to Kirkstone Pass,Red Screes and the Langdale Valley.The property has undergone a sympathetic conversion leaving the majority of stone walls and original timbers on show and includes a log burner. Your host offers cooked breakfast and home-cooked evening meals delivered to your cottage and payable at the property. A fitness pool and sauna are now available for your use.

Dorothy’s place Bowness on Windermere

Dorothy’s place is part of an 18th Century Villa. Adults only no children allowed. Everything you need for that perfect romantic break. Guests get full use of the large garden and woodland to take in the stunning view. If travelling by train our advice would be get a taxi from the station as can be difficult to find on foot . Guests are welcome to park up as early as you want before check in or drop luggage off in a safe place,but please let us know in advance.
