It's within walking distance to “paspatur” the old town’s famous seafood restaurants, nightclubs, and shops. Only a 2-minute walk to Starbucks and 5 min walk to McDonald’s, Burger King, and Dominos pizza. 10 minutes to any beaches private and public and a 20-minute drive to the Oludeniz.

Özel otoparkı, Ölüdeniz yolu üzerindeki konumuyla tatil için rahat ve güvenilir bir adres yaratmayı amaçladık.

Havuz 12 ay açıktır. Havuz ve jakuzi ısıtma sistemi yoktur.

Tinton bir lakap, eniştemin dedesinin lakabı. Şaman, ticari hayattaki ilk ve en büyük işimiz olan butiğimizin adı. Evin restorasyonu / tadilatı 2022 Ekim ayında bitti, oldukça özenli ve şık döşendi. Merkezi bir noktada, bağımsız olarak da kullanılan 2 dairenin birleşimi. Sokağa araba ile girilmiyor. 80 basamaklı bir merdiven ile çıkılıyor eve. Yürüme güçlüğü çekenler için uygun degil. Şömineler dekorasyon amaçlı olup, kullanıma uygun değildir.
