Owl Nest

Owl Nest is located next to our home with its own secure contained yard. It is situated on two and a half acres of landscaped gardens. Enjoy a private setting with abundant local wildlife greeting you as you sit back on your private deck enjoying a fresh brewed coffee or drink. I have provided many additional items to enable a pleasant stay and Im happy for you to bring your house trained dog. However I need to know if you bring pets, bring their bedding along. Pet fee, $20 for their stay.

Featuring a warm, inviting atmosphere, high cathedral ceiling, plentiful natural light, and carefully curated decor the cottage is the ideal place. With an open floor plan, well-appointed and equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, comfy queen size bed, wood fire to keep you toasty warm in winter and to keep you cool in the warmer months, a ceiling fan and refreshing easterly breeze that blows in most afternoons.

Separate, Comfortable, Functional, Stargazing.

Hideaway in Wamboin. 15 minutes to Queanbeyan or Bungendore, close to wineries. Comfortable, private and separate studio unit (donga) with queen bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Tea's and Coffees available. Stargazing on clear nights, peace and quiet. This is a small space that is not suitable for long term rental. Note: after numerous suggestions as to temperature control, I have now installed reverse cycle air conditioning. Nearest shops are in Queanbeyan (15mins away)

Watch the whales from the front deck as they migrate north in the cooler months, and south with their calves as it starts to warm up towards summer.
