We typically don’t charge for your check-in or check-out day. Please allow 25–48 hours for the pool to reach temperature, depending on outdoor conditions.

Room has dedicated AC and water heater. Full bathroom with shower. Scenic, quiet neighborhood feels out of the way, but only 4mi to I-17 and 10mi to Cave Creek and 5mi from Ben Avery Shooting Range. Backed up to nature preserve with hiking/mountain bike trails. Trail access point is just one mile away.

Casita Desert Oasis/3 beds/Pool & Hot Tub

Relax at our desert Casita-perfect for a couple or small family. Books, toys, board games & WIFI will keep everyone entertained. Unwind at our resort-style pool* w/ private lounging area. I-17 (5 min), Ben Avery (10 min), Scottsdale/Lake Pleasant (30 min), Sedona (1.5 hr). We allow off-street boat & trailer parking for our guests, upon request. *Pool hours are 8am-9pm. For an additional fee of $25 the hot tub will be heated for a three hour period. Give us a heads up when booking!

Dining, hiking and adventure! Spacious custom 4-bedroom pool home in a perfect location for winter and summer fun. Located off I-17, the gateway to mountain towns such as Sedona and Flagstaff, and proximity to Scottsdale and Phoenix, adventures at Lake Pleasant, the Sonoran Desert Preserve and the "cowboy chic" town of Cave Creek. Start your day with coffee, a great morning hike just a 5 minute walk away, then get some work done at the computer desk complete with printer/scanner.
