It has ample private parking, a secure entrance, a private courtyard and access to a large garden. Downstairs, there's a kingsize bedroom, shower room, lounge and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, an additional bedroom contains one or two single beds. The property is a 10 minute walk from the town centre and less than a mile from Pilgrim Hospital.

Cider Lodge is a traditional two bedroom log cabin, situated in a tranquil location along side a river, ideal for family breaks. Perfect for relaxing, exploring and visiting the local historic town. We are located in a small village featuring a great family pub called 'The Malcolm Arms which is within walking distance. We are 2 miles north-west of Boston and are 150 yds from the river Witham which is great for walking, cycling, fishing and paddleboarding. One well behaved pet is welcome to stay.

It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Woodpecker Lodge is situated on the edge of our family home,in the beautiful village of Frampton. The apartment is located on the first floor of our newly built garage. It has a very spacious, modern feel whilst being nestled in countryside. If you enjoy walking and nature, this is the perfect place for you. A 40 minute walk or 5 minutes in the car and you will arrive at Frampton Marsh, where you can grab a coffee and enjoy the views.
