The Hut at The Stables is close to the historic city of Lincoln with its many amazing attractions. It has access to the fabulous countryside with the city of Lincoln and the famous Lincolnshire Wolds nearby and the many local links to military aviation. It is ideal for couples or solo travellers. The village has a bus stop with links to Lincoln and Woodhall Spa and there are many pubs & restaurants in the local area. The Hut offers total privacy as it is a self contained annex to the main house.

Beautifully converted former stables in Nettleham

Please note 2 night minimum stay. The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from Lincoln, with easy acess to the city. There is also safe, private parking on site. Within our village, there are 2 lovely pubs, one serving food, a fish & chip shop, Chinese takeaway and the Co-op store is within 2 minutes.

Butterfly Cabin, set in the idyllic Chambers Farm Woods adjacent to the Butterfly Garden and Centre. Take and adventure around the set trails of Chambers Farm Woods, with picnic areas. Plenty of wildlife and plants to see. 45 mins to the sunny seaside town of Mablethorpe. 20 mins to the Historic city of Lincoln and Lincoln Cathedral. Wragby is the local village with take aways and local pubs. A small co-op for any food shopping. Check-In is anytime after 2pm. Check-out is anytime before 11am.

The Milking Parlour, a brick barn at Moorland Farm

The Milking Parlour is a brick built barn in a quiet, rural location. The city of Lincoln is a 20 minute drive away. This barn used to be part of a milking shed. It has a vaulted roof and there are two areas: a bedroom-studio and a shower-wet room. The kitchen has a small fridge-freezer, a small induction hob and a combination microwave-grill. The wet room has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and mirror with light, de-mister and shave socket. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs.

Stunning 4 BDR converted church full of history

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Sleeping eight people comfortably. Three of the bedrooms have double beds. The master suite has a super king bed. All bedrooms have their own en-suites with full baths. The Old Methodist Church is located right on the Broadway and central to everything. A simple stroll to the Golf Club. Enjoy the local flavours of the local restaurants within walking distance. Staying at the Old Methodist Church is unique experience!

Rose cottage is a beautifully refurbished Georgian cottage in the village of Washingborough. Located within 4 miles of the Historic Cathedral city of Lincoln, with amazing Cathedral/castle and Bailgate quarter with many quaint independent shops, restaurants, bars & cafes. The cottage caters for 4 guests with 1 double & 1 king size bedroom both with ensuites with quality bedding/towels. Sleeping 2, this rural getaway is perfect for those wanting to retreat from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Relax in the hot tub and soak up the sweeping views! Woldview retreat is on the edge of the small village of Spridlington, and has open plan living, dining and sleeping, with bifold doors opening out on to a balcony showcasing the scenic views of rural Lincolnshire. These can also be enjoyed from the hot tub. Maximum 2 Adults. No infants or children. No pets.

Little Lodge

A little home from home. Ideally situated to get to the coast for some sea air or visit the city of Lincoln for shopping or cultural visit to the Cathedral quarter. There is plenty to see in the area various wildlife reserves, the Lincolnshire show ground for events and we even have a lovely wildlife zoo. And when you have done all that you can come back to Little Lodge and chill out, sit on your own patio overlooking a half acre garden.
