Private garden space & alfresco dining area for own use. May not be suitable for very overweight, tall or elderly people due to height restrictions and narrow stairs. Once a dairy farm, Shady Hall Farm now boasts 3 beautifully converted barns where guests can enjoy a peaceful stay in the stunning countryside. The Cow Shed can accommodate up to 8 (7th and 8th person on a sofa bed), with one of the rooms offering single beds on request. The Cow Shed has a private, enclosed garden space (including a hot tub) and boasts a modern interior, large living room with it's own log burner, and a separate kitchen diner with a striking vaulted ceiling.

Great location, set just off Ecclesall Road, so plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from, turn left and you are 10 minutes walk into the city centre, turn right and you are less than 10 minutes walk to the Botanical Gardens. Just across the road is a bus stop, with regular buses to Hathersage, Castleton and the Peak District.

The old stables - sleeps 2 near Dore Station

A cosy one bed cottage for a stay in Sheffield and easy access to the Peak District. The cottage has a living room (with wood burner), bathroom and kitchenette on the ground floor with a double bed upstairs in the eves. You have private garden over the bridge across the brook and a sunny patio for outdoor dining. Please note the house backs directly onto a small train track. The house is well noise insulated but you will hear the trains regularly.

Dronfield has a train station providing an hourly service direct to London. 1 mile from the Derbyshire countryside, 10miles - Chatsworth House, 12 miles - Bakewell.
