Aan de rand van het Appelschaster bos vind je dit moderne fijne vakantiehuis met grote tuinkamer. Een unieke plek met alle faciliteiten. Het verblijf is voorzien van ruime keuken met vaatwasser, koffiezet apparaat en combi magnetron. Het verblijf heeft vloerverwarming, airco, bar met tap en boxspring bedden. Prima audio en tv is aanwezig met Netflix. Hiernaast een 6 persoons jacuzzi waar het hele jaar gebruik van kan worden gemaakt. Restaurants, midgetgolf, pretpark Duinenzathe op loop afstand.

Sfeervol gastenverblijf/ huisje. Het gastenverblijf is gezellig en ruim. De veranda heerlijk om te zitten. De woning heeft een eigen terras. Vanaf het terras is vrij uitzicht (op de tuin, paardenbak en weiland). Privé gebruik van een eigen woonkeuken, badkamer, 2 slaapkamers. Prachtig gelegen op een landelijk plek met ruim terras en tuin. Het natuurgebied 't Roegwold en de Fraeylemaborg bevinden zich op loopafstand. Supermarkt 1.5 km. Schildmeer op 7 km. De stad Groningen is goed bereikbaar.

Onthaasten en ontspannen in uw eigen sauna en hout gestookte hottub (optioneel / reserveren) Prima uitvalsbasis voor heerlijke fiets -en wandeltochten. Evenals zakelijke overnachtingen, daar u 5 minuten rijden van de A-7 zit richting div. grote steden. Wij verzorgen een luxe, afwisselend ontbijt, waarbij wij gebruik maken van de verse streekproducten en natuurlijke de kakelverse scharreleitjes van onze eigen kippen

Boven in Nederland, vlak bij de Waddenkust vindt u dit duurzame en energieneutrale tiny house. Het huisje staat achter op ons terrein en is omringd door een natuurlijke tuin. Het heeft een weids uitzicht en biedt veel privacy. Het tiny house is met liefde en tot in detail ingericht. Het is volledig van hout en heeft een oppervlakte van 30m². Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, alles wat u nodig heeft is aanwezig. Geniet van het landschap en van de luchten, van de rust en van de ruimte!

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.
