Hilltop Lodge is a beautiful detached timber building set in enclosed garden (perfect for dogs). It's open plan, with a wood-burning stove to keep you warm on a winter's evening, with well-equipped kitchen and dining area. It has large windows with lots of natural light. The garden is abundant in wildlife throughout the year, and has a lovely terrace to sit out on with comfortable outdoor seating. It’s a great base for relaxing, enjoying wildlife, adventuring, or being creative. 11am checkout.

Dunkeld Cottage - close to the Lake District!

Dunkeld Cottage is a detached cottage within easy reach of the Lake District. Situated in a tranquil village location with lots of amazing attractions within a short drive, as well as some lovely walks from the door. Spacious and welcoming kitchen/breakfast room with full appliances. Large, cosy living/dining room, two double bedrooms (can be king/king or king/twin) and a bathroom with bath and shower over. 18th Century Country Cottage on a working farm

The Old Smithy was the original farm house built in the 18th Century. Completely renovated from derelict in 2002 and freshly redecorated in 2021, it boasts many of its original features; including the old fire range which will keep you warm on those winter nights (an initial basket of logs is F.O.C.) Downstairs, sandstone flag floors and oak beamed ceilings are throughout. A biomass boiler heats the cottage with timber sourced from the farm. Includes laundry, towels, heating and electricity.

Mini Murton House is a converted dog friendly barn situated in the peaceful village of Murton. There is a Finnish wood burning hot tub on your own private south facing patio. The barn retains many original features, with exposed beams and large barn door. Cosy wood burning stove, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 mezzanine level). We are trying to be as environmentally friendly as possible: The Mini Murton House toilet has been twinned, we have 4 recycling bins and a composter.

Comfortable converted watermill sleeping one or two couples, overlooking a spectacular waterfall, in the tranquil Eden Valley, between Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.
