A cosy industrial-inspired cottage on the edge of the Lake District National Park, nestled in the picturesque Eden Valley. Designed for comfort and convenience, our space features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Starlink WiFi, an EV charge point, and luxurious Simba memory foam beds. Unwind in the roll-top copper bathtub, elegantly set upon a mezzanine platform. We are located in a peaceful village, so ask guests to be mindful of noise. We are not suitable for loud parties or celebrations.

The Barn is 18th Century and recently converted. It has 1 bedroom with a Super king zip and link bed which can also be made up as a twin if requested. It's open plan, with a wood-burning stove to keep you warm on an evening, with well-equipped kitchen and dining area. It has large windows with lots of natural light. The garden is abundant in wildlife throughout the year, and has a lovely terrace to sit out on with comfortable outdoor seating. It’s a great base for relaxing, enjoying wildlife, adventuring, or being creative. 11am checkout.

The barn retains many original features, with exposed beams and large barn door. Cosy wood burning stove, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 mezzanine level). We are trying to be as environmentally friendly as possible: The Mini Murton House toilet has been twinned, we have 4 recycling bins and a composter.

Accommodation provided in delightful character house in Morland near Penrith. The Eden Valley is a charming unspolit part of Cumbria but only 20 minutes from Ullswater. Private annexe, with separate entrance, small kitchen, sitting room with TV. Downstairs toilet. Private outside patio with table and chairs. Facilities to cook simple meals. Tea, coffee and milk provided. It is important to note the bedroom is en-suite but with access through the main house.
