Tunnel House is a delightful character property situated less than 100m from the Quay sleeping up to 6 people in the heart of a historic fishing village, where you will find plenty of shops, restaurants & cafes. From the Master bedroom you will enjoy the views of the Estuary towards Instow. You will enter the property, as the name suggests, through it’s own tunnel! The lounge has a cosy wood burner for the cooler months and the French doors can be opened onto the private Mediterranean courtyard.

It accommodates up to 6 guests and is ideally situated for exploring Devon beaches and the South West Coastal Path, as well as enjoying the local facilities and amenities in Appledore. The vaulted suite on the top floor offers stunning, uninterrupted views of the water towards Instow.

Cornwallis in Appledore sits at the end of a row of pretty coloured mariner cottages, on a quiet cobbled street, moments from the quay. The dog friendly cottage boasts breathtaking views over the estuary, a wonderful sunny walled garden and two inviting sitting rooms, each centred around a cosy wood burner for ultimate relaxation. Dummett Cottage is a Grade 2 listed 3 bedroom fishing cottage with an incredible garden backing directly onto the Taw-Torridge estuary. Sit on the patio and watch beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic as fishing boats and yachts sail by. Set on one of Appledore's oldest streets, and dating from around 1700, Dummett Cottage is one of the original houses built in Appledore. From the inglenook fireplace to the exponses beams and arches, this cottage is full of character and history.

A beautiful, ground floor flat, located just footsteps from the glorious sandy beach of Westward Ho! This self contained apartment has a spacious open plan living area with dining table and well equipped kitchen. There is a double bedroom with ample storage and a sofa bed in the lounge area. The secure porch provides an useful storage space for surfboards, bikes, wetsuits and other outdoor equipment. The property is south facing and enjoys its own off-road parking.
