Enjoy this centrally-located renovated upper flat, in great location. Easy access to villages and towns , with motorway links to Manchester & Liverpool , close to Chester’s historic centre . On trans Pennine way and close great village full of shops and restaurants short walk over bridge. We price on 2/3 people but would like to mention we have stairs to flat and internally to top bedroom. Not suitable for children under 12. First floor bedroom is same level as bathroom. Parking is available directly in front of the property. The bungalow is also a 15 minute drive to Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport and 25 minutes to Manchester Airport.

Fieldview Cottage is a charming 100 year old cottage in Comberbach village, a lovely semi-rural location surrounded by countryside and yet well connected, 4 miles from junction 10 on the M56, 35 mins to Chester and 30 mins to Manchester airport. The local pub is a 5 mins walk and serves great food. Popular Marbury Park is close by. The village has a post office offering local essentials. The Hollies Farm shop is close by and is a great local shop to stock up on all fresh groceries.

This delightful “Guest Studio” is situated just a short 3 minute stroll from the centre of Lymm village, where you will find good restaurants, pubs & bars. The “Guest Studio” is at the end of our garden and therefore separated over 100 yards from our main house. You will have your own separate entrance and there is a guest private parking space immediately outside. The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.
