The property sits on a plot of land with another home, sharing the driveway. It offers privacy and relaxation after a day of work or sightseeing. It's an excellent starting point for exploring Salento, making short daily trips so you can enjoy a different place every day. Ideal for 2-3 people (a double bed and a fold-out single bed), it features air conditioning, a private bathroom, a large garden with barbecue, bed linens, a coffee machine, microwave, TV, washing machine, alarm system, mosquito nets, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, fenced parking with video surveillance and an automatic gate. The property has its own social media page and is available for short-term rentals (1-2 weeks) from June to September, and daily rentals during the winter. Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirm und Badetücher erhalten unsere Gäste für den Strandbesuch von uns leihweise, zur Verfügung gestellt. Unseren Gästen stehen auch Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Das Chalet liegt nur ca. 500 Meter vom feinen Sandstrand entfernt. Das gesamte Anwesen erstreckt sich über 3.500 qm, und es gibt viele schöne Plätze zum verweilen.

Chiedete info con la messaggistica. Parcheggio custodito gratuito. Patio attrezzato. Un meraviglioso giardino. La camera è una doppia con bagno in camera, ma per gruppi possiamo ospitare fino a 6 persone in altre due stanze confortevoli e con bagno privato (non in camera). Se si è in 3 si userà una camera un po più grande come tripla. Posizione ottima, puoi decidere di fare ciò che ti piace perché si trova a pochi minuti di strada da tutte le più belle attrazioni, mare ed entroterra.

Il villino , su due livelli, ben arredato,ospita comodamente 6 persone in 3 camere da letto ( 2 matrimoniali al primo livello con due bagni e 1 al piano terra con letto a castello ). Al piano terra , inoltre,ci sono ampio soggiorno con pranzo e cucina . Piacevole giardino attrezzato con arredi da esterno in legno ( pranzo, dondoli, chaise longue, divani , amaca ) . Si può raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata , un centro commerciale e locali per la vita serale.
