Uma Lamia antiga, recentemente restaurada, localizada no campo no famoso Valle d'Itria, entre Cisternino e Ostuni, a 25 min das praias e apenas a 15 min das vilas mais populares da Puglia. Viva o charme de hospedar-se numa casa de 300 anos, com tetos abaulados e paredes de pedra. Se perca no tempo sentado no pátio contemplando o terreno de 30 mil m2 com oliveiras e um muro com videiras seculares. Aproveite as noites frescas do campo tomando um drink na jacuzzi externa ou preparando um churrasco.

In front there is a small isolated and quiet rocky beach, surrounded by rocks and Mediterranean bush, from which you can swim. Each room has a window or a door directly on the sea. Una casa di campagna, tanti ulivi, quiete e serenità; la tua vacanza nella Country House La Spineta sarà una piacevole sorpresa. E' un po' difficile trovarci, infatti siamo a 15 km dal centro abitato, ma la casa è comunque dotata di tutti comfort, piccolo giardino, cortile esterno arredato nei mesi più caldi. Ottima soluzione per soggiorni familiari in primavera-estate, ma affascinante anche nei mesi invernali quando è possibile seguire la raccolta delle olive e la trasformazione in olio.

Encontra-se imersa entre oliveiras e escondida em um pequeno paraíso rural a apenas 20 minutos de praias de areia branca e mar turquesa, e a apenas 5km de um dos mais belos borgos da Itália: Cisternino. Um ótimo destino para qualquer época do ano, aqui pode-se aproveitar sempre do clima ameno e ensolarado do sul da Itália.

The small cottage in the hill is a pleasant place and in perfect, harmonic tuning with the nature. The house features the great advantage to be warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a walk away from the town cente, the old town and shops; just 5 minutes away. The SITA bus stop for Bari is 150 ms away from the cottage. The pool is for the exclusive USE of guests. However, due to its size it is not possible to heat it. Therefore, it can be used from June 1st to September 30th.

Cosy cottage in quiet, leafy cul-de-sac in the heart of Otranto. Bedroom, bathroom (with shower), living room/kitchenette, tiny private terrace. Air conditioned. Very close to the Cathedral, the Castle, the sea and the beaches. At the beginning of 2024 the walls were repainted with natural lime, USB sockets and a new refrigerator were installed.
