This home is about 5 minutes away from the ferry to Port Aransas and the beach. Rockport Beach is a quick 15 minute drive and Corpus Christi is under 30 minutes away! Perfect area for fishing and boating! No pets.

Located on the 'quiet end' of 11th Street in Port Aransas, the SeaOats sits just below Chapel on the Dunes. No pets/no children, no infants. We will collect the city of port Aransas hotel tax of 7%. Whooping cranes ( Oct.-April) and 400 species of birds migrate and live in the area . Deer roam freely . Fishing and boat ramps along the water. State park is a peaceful walk. Rockport a short 9 miles ,lovely drive. No hammock at this time.
