This unique cozy guest suite is perfect for 1-2 people traveling through Denver for vacation, business trip or to be near friends & family! It offers a fully stocked kitchen, a bedroom & bath, two flat screen TVs, a parking spot & a cozy recliner couch! Close to Lowry hangar restaurants, down the street from multiple trails & parks (Utah Park), 25 min to the Denver airport, 12 minutes to CU Anschutz campus, less than an hour to the mountains, & so much more! It is a converted one car garage.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.
