Excellent views from our cheerful house by the sea

Our quaint, cosy house in Ferryden offers a wonderful holiday or short break experience for 2-4 people. The views from the house are stunning, ideally located just 15 steps from a small beach, or a short walk to the lighthouse. There's a village pub closeby, a good bus service and only a 20 -30 minute walk to Montrose where you'll find excellent restaurants and pubs, cinema, and a train station. There are so many things to do in the area including walking, fishing, photography, bird watching.

Hill Cottage is a one bedroom terraced cottage situated in an East Aberdeenshire fishing village, 25 miles south of the city of Aberdeen, approximately 30 miles north of Dundee, on the coastal route to the north of Scotland. It is a tranquil place with fantastic sea views to Montrose in the south and Stonehaven in the north. This cosy cottage faces the sea and gets the morning sun. The village has a pub that serves food. The Annexe is a bright, two-bedroomed house attached to the main farmhouse. It is self-contained with it’s own parking and garden areas. The property has been completely re-wired, re-plumbed and re-decorated with new beds, kitchen and bathroom. This a convenient rental for guests attending an event in The Cow Shed at Sypsies Farm. We are roughly 300m away along the farm track.
