Beautiful house just 200' from the biggest park in town with giant playgrounds ,pavilions, ball parks, a skate park, and soccer fields. it has plenty of parking and a two car garage. a super spacious fully fenced back yard for the kids. You are only 2 minutes from one of the best golf courses in utah, and just minutes from some of the best fishing around. Hundreds of lakes and streams within an hour drive. 45 min. from dinosaur national park. House has a ring camera on the front porch.

Historic 1911 Miners Cottage - Winter Quarters

The Miner's Cottages in Historic Helper, Utah were built in 1911 to house miners from 27 different countries. Recent renovations have retained their historical ambiance, combined with newly restored modern conveniences. Beautiful front porch is a perfect place to watch incredible sunsets and meet locals. The kitchen is equipped with high quality cooking gear and the bed, linens, towels are all high quality. Fiber optic high speed WIFI with plenty of speed for streaming.

1928 coal miner home situated on a quiet street with a gorgeous view of Balance Rock from the small hill behind it, Helper's Historic downtown is an easy walk to the East down the historic staircase. The entire town and home is filled with character and flair. This is a great stay for a family or a romantic getaway for a couple looking to recharge in our new BullFrog hot tub. Well-behaved pets are welcome for a small fee.

Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.
