There is a dining area with refrigerator, sink,microwave,induction hot pate convection toaster oven, coffee maker, french press dining table,Alexa and LCD TV. The dining area does NOT have a STOVE. 3rd floor meditation room with skylights and sitting area with LCD. ALL APARTMENT AREA IS PRIVATE. Home backs up to woods and back garden. NO CLEANING FEES.

It has a charming study downstairs with a bay window looking out towards majestic trees, and an entry hall that ends with a wet bar, equipped with a mini-fridge, kettle, coffee machine and microwave. The original curved staircase leads to the upstairs bedroom with queen bed and a spacious bathroom. You'll love your stay in the Cottage!

You can’t beat this central location close to Longwood gardens, Winterthur, the Nemours Estate and so much more. There are also tons of great restaurants, bars, supermarkets, coffee shops, Nemours Children’s Hospital and so much more to see and do.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Short drive to train lines for explorers. Bellevue State Park 1 mile away with biking and hiking 27 miles of trails. Rockwood Museum & Brandywine Valley attractions all a short drive. This is the second floor with steeper narrower steps. A private entrance. Enjoy activities (ping-pong/dart/board games), then stretch out in the king size bed. Full of host's original art. Driveway parking 10 minutes or less to all that Kennett has to offer (breweries, restaurants, Longwood Gardens, etc.), 1/2 hour to Wilmington or UD, 1 hour to Philadelphia.
