El edificio cuenta con un solárium con césped con dos jacuzzis para relajarse, ubicado al lado de la playa, junto al complejo deportivo David Silva que dispone de pistas de pádel, piscina olímpica con spa y gimnasio. El apartamento está ubicado en una zona muy céntrica de arguineguin con muchas zonas de restauración.

En complejo pequeño y muy tranquilo. Espectaculares vistas al mar, atardeceres inolvidables, y la montaña. Piscina climatizada(No se puede garantizar una temperatura , depende del sol). Caminando a 10-15´está la playa de Patalavaca, a la que se puede acceder por vía de escaleras o por la avenida los Guaires, y a 20´ caminando está el centro de ocio de Anfi del Mar, donde se pueden practicar deportes acuáticos. Hay rutas para senderismo y ciclismo, por ejemplo, a Soria, a Roque Nublo, etc
