En complejo pequeño y muy tranquilo. Espectaculares vistas al mar, atardeceres inolvidables, y la montaña. Piscina climatizada(No se puede garantizar una temperatura , depende del sol). Caminando a 10-15´está la playa de Patalavaca, a la que se puede acceder por vía de escaleras o por la avenida los Guaires, y a 20´ caminando está el centro de ocio de Anfi del Mar, donde se pueden practicar deportes acuáticos. Hay rutas para senderismo y ciclismo, por ejemplo, a Soria, a Roque Nublo, etc

El alpendre entre palmeras

Antiguo alpendre recientemente transformado para su uso residencial en Santa Lucía de Tirajana. El alpendre era la casa de los animales. Los más apreciados y difíciles de sostener eran las vacas . Solía haber dos por propiedad. La parte de la vacas es ahora el salón comedor y cocina. Las cabras y la burra se alojaban en las otras dependencias que hoy día son los dormitorios, y el baño actual era el lugar donde se depositaba la hierba del resto del día, ya que se solía coger por la mañana .

The garden and outdoor area are part of the condominium and are maintained by them. This means that employees have access to the outdoor area around the houses for working.
