Our house sits at the bottom of a secret track in a private, historical cove on the beautiful Hebridean island of Lismore. Secluded, quiet and peaceful, Port Moluag is within easy reach of the Scottish mainland whilst feeling totally removed from the pace and noise of city life. The house is newly-built using eco technologies to limit its environmental impact and is surrounded by wonderful wildlife such as seals, otters, and a multitude of birds as well as many sites of historical interest.

The Alexandra offers a unique opportunity to stay in an 110 year old life boat on the shores of Cuan Sound. Situated on Argyll’s rugged coastline, this is the ideal location for kayakers, walkers and those wishing to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Alexandra is nestled in the bay along with our other lifeboat The Mary Heather and Sea Caves all are part of our small campground facilities here at Cuan Ferry. The Anchorage, Arrochar, was built circa 1913 and has been newly upgraded in December 2019 giving the cottage a luxurious interior with gas central heating and beautiful wood burning stove. Two ensuites and a beautiful bathroom provides guests with plenty of room whilst the large garden with pizza oven and BBQ has amazing views where guests can relax on the decking or seek shade in the lean to. Everyone can use the fire pit, games room or play area to keep occupied or use the Kayaks provided.

Our cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends who want a peaceful base to explore glorious Argyll. This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. It's also a great base for exploring the Isle of Bute, the "Secret Argyll Coast", and the Arrochar Alps. After a big day out, you can come back and relax in front of the log burner. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.

A one-of-a-kind glamping experience in a stunning island setting right next to the sea Come and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and get back to nature. We provide 4 mattresses and 2 wood stoves, cooking utensils, pots and pans, a basket of wood, a composting toilet, solar lighting and bottled water. If you book the bothy, it's all yours. Make sure you don't forget to bring a sleeping bag and a pillow. We'll take care of the rest!

Ploughmans Cottage is located in the Village of Furnace, 7 miles from Inveraray, in Argyll. The cottage was built around 1890 to house the Ploughman for Goatfield Farm, and has been extensively remodelled to create a unique getaway.
