House with modern design close to the beach

Wake up to the sound of birds in this contemporary designed well built house, just a short stroll away from the beach and nature reserve. Located in the sleepy village of Nyhamnsläge on the Kulla Peninsula you have the opportunity to a wide range of activities such as hiking in meadows and gravel roads to the fishing village Mölle, a bike trip to visit one of our vineyards or a day trip to Copenhagen. Egen gästdel på vackra ön Hven.

I vårt hus, västra skolan på ön Hven, finns en separat nyrenoverad gästdel som vi gärna hyr ut till dig. Gästdelen har egen låsbar entré och egen uteplats. Den är ca 20 kvm och består av ett rum med våningssäng 120*90 cm och pentry. Toalett med handfat och separat duschrum med bastu. Huset ligger centralt på ön i Tuna by, nära affären och flera av öns krogar men ändå i ett lugnt och lite avsides läge med öppna fält framför uteplatsen. Villa Solaris i pittoreska Arild

Välkommen till Villa Solaris! Huset har 3 sovrum samt 2 badrum; beläget intill Arilds vingård och en kort promenad från havet. Arild är en vacker liten by på Kullaberg, som erbjuder gott om sevärdheter och aktiviteter i närheten. Rusthållaregården hotell med sin mysiga spa ligger bara 5 kvarter från huset. Det finns 2 lekplatser, en linbana, en bouleplan samt en fotbollsplan bara 50 meter från huset. Uthyrningsperiod: min 7 dagar (högsäsong), övrig tid min 1-3 dagar.

Swimming in the sea, outdoor pool, tennis, golf, sailing, hiking, horseback riding, fishing, vineyard, diving and restaurants right next to the house.

"Stallet" is an annex to an old farm in a charming fishing village next to the famous nature reserve Kullaberg. Modern open kitchen/living room with sea view and a fireplace. Upstairs, a double bedroom and 2 beds on the landing. Terrace for sunny days. Ideal for sea and nature lovers. Havet och fiskebodarna är dina grannar. Ta ett kvällsdopp i juli eller ett vinterbad med bastu i januari – i ensamt majestät. Från terrassen ser du stormvågorna slå mot piren. Boendet är premium med fullt utrustat kök, wifi och tvättmaskin. Här bor du ostört, ensam eller med familj och vänner. Flytta ut jobbet hit och hitta lugnet. En plats för vila, inspiration och ett andetag djupt från havet. En plats att längta till.

Country home guest house with bathroom and kitchenette. Located 1km from the ocean and 1km from Arild Golf course. Café Flickorna Lundgren 500m. Fishing villages Arild and Mölle nearby. Good to know: the boiler tank is not big enough to fill the bath with hot water. But a long nice shower is no problem. Sheets and towels not included.
