Owners house is almost 1 acre away; we will provide our visitors with privacy! Hualapai Mtn 20min South Rim 2 2/12 hr Grand Canyon Skywalk 1 hr Las Vegas 1 1/2hr Many Biking/hiking trails within walking/Riding distance of your guest house!

This beautiful studio for 2 is easy on the eyes & perfect for a get-away any time of the year! Come stay for a weekend or awhile. We still frequent our little town to visit friends & family. You have all the creature comforts in this thoughtfully appointed studio. Unplug and unwind with us! Our little town offers something for everyone: boating, sun worshiping on the Colorado River, off-roading, hunting, fishing, gambling, Route 66, wildlife & nature. Minutes away from so many adventures!

Patio fire pit for guests. Convenient parking outside room. Apartment is separated from the main house by a courtyard. * No pets/animals. Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

House comes fully furnished with 3 Big Screen Smart Tv's ready for enjoyment!

Very safe and friendly community. -A full renovation was completed in January 2021, with granite counters in the entire home, upgraded wood floors, and a huge outdoor BBQ/bar. -The backyard sits on the 11th fairway of the River's Edge Golf course and the Rio Buena Vista community beach is a 2 minute walk. -Launching from either Jack Smith (public 2 miles) or Needles Marina (1/2 mile).

Super Cute Northside Location! This 430 sq.ft. guest suite can sleep up to four people. The space consists of a kitchen / living area and one king bedroom with bath. The living room can accommodate up to 2 guests on the pullout sleep sofa. Come and go as you please with private keypad entrance. Private walled yard with sparkling pool and shaded patio area. Enjoy a relaxing stay for a weekend or longer.
