orto_uralla is a shed conversion just for couples. Simple luxury…that soothes the soul. King bed, bath with a view, kitchenette, stunning floor to ceiling windows capturing sun and views, indoor wood fire and outdoor fire pit and your very own Bocce court. orto_uralla offers a tranquil, intimate space to relax and unwind. Please note: The shed is not suitable for children or infants The shed is close to our house but you will have complete privacy (except maybe from the chickens and kangaroos!)

King's Cottage Uralla

Relax in a slice of Uralla's history. King's Cottage, circa 1886 has been lovingly restored and renovated, offering guests the charm of yesteryear, coupled with modern day conveniences. Each bedroom features a period gas flame fireplace, as well as the bathroom where you can lay back in the bath gazing in to the fire as you relax. The cottage also features gas central heating throughout and an expansive sunroom/dining and lounge area has its own dedicated wood burner, for those cosy evenings.

With a secure fenced yard, it’s perfect for visitors with small outdoor pets.

Summit House - Entire Home (4 bedrooms)

This spacious newly built home is five minutes from Armidale but feels a world away. It is nestled in bushland on a large block frequented by kangaroos and is completely private. 'Summit House' makes a great base for excursions into the four national parks in the local area, plus the city of Armidale. The house can be rented as a two-bedroom or four-bedroom stay. Visit our friendly donkeys. Bring your animals too! Outside dogs are welcome, as are horses, but check with us first.

Come and enjoy our lovely cottage which originally housed Josiah and Ellen. It has plenty of character and the home of 4 generations of the family.
