Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss eines früheren klassischen Kärntner Gasthauses, viel von damals ist erhalten, liebevoll modernisiert und aktuell von Tante und Nichte bewohnt. Im vorderen Garten lädt ein alter Kirschbaum zum Entspannen ein, mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Kärntner Bergwelt. Seen, Berge, Wandern, Skifahren, Shopping alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.

You’ll love the place because of the views, the beautiful garden with shared summer kitchen , the river. You can cook meals , eat outside or just enjoy and drink a cup of coffee or tea there.The apartment is suitable for adults only.You are expected to clean the apartment before you leave it, otherwise you pay 35e .T. tax is not included - you pay it on spot- 2,00e adults per day. .
