Eget gästhus med ett allrum med bäddsoffa där 2 kan sova, loft med 2 enkelsängar, badrum med dusch. Finns EJ kök eller pentry. Kyl, kaffebryggare finns. Täcken och kuddar finns. Lakan kan erbjudas mot en avgift: 70 kr per bäddset. Meddela i förväg. Arriesjön ligger ca 1 km bort. Finns ett café och bageri (arriesjöns café) som har frukostbullar, fika och lunch. Parkering med laddningsstation för el-bil 3kr/kWh. Trädgården med uteplatser och grillplats delas med oss som bor här intill.

På gården finns hästar, katter, höns och en liten sällskaplig hund. Bortom naturbeteshagarna finns de vilda djuren. Dock inga björnar eller vargar :-) Lyxen ligger i miljön. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Du har också väldigt nära till Österlen och sydkusten med sol och bad.
