Located in Bayview, Tx, a small rural town, centrally located next to the Laguna Atascosa about 20 mins from South Padre Island and about 25 mins from Brownsville. Close enough to tourist attractions but far enough to feel the constant fresh air rolling off the tree line across the resaca and to see the full starry night unobstructed by the city lights. Enjoy our RGV bird specialties such as Green Jays, Altamira Oriole, and others.

Bella Luna Sea Cottage

Welcome to Bella Luna Sea Cottage! Beautiful sea cottage and newly remodeled is perfect for your vacation getaway. Enjoy the amenities at LIV including indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, Pickleball /tennis, 18 hole-par 3 Golf Course, tennis, shuffle board, mini golf, gym, restaurant and so much more! Guests must check in at the Long Island Village between 9am-5pm to pay for their vehicle passes (two vehicles max) and wristbands. This is a $110 fee that will be paid directly to Long Island Village

Tiki No. 1 - Fishing Cabin

Small cottage with shared fishing dock. There are three cottages on this slim parcel of land. All three share the fishing dock. This cottage is furtherest from the water however is a two minute walk past the other two cabins to get down to dock. Free on-site parking. Has wi-fi, kitchen, one bedroom, two beds (both queens), and two full baths. Has bbq pit so bring your cookout kit and wood. Super peaceful and great place to just get away. Perfect for a small family looking to make memories.

Cozy 2 bed 3 bath cottage with outdoor cookout and entertainment palapa. Perfect for fishing trip or family get a way! Located centrally in port-isable close to bars, restaurants, groceries, and of course the beach! Access to private boat slip/dock access to bay-kayak, access to nigh fishing dock! Use at own risk! limited access to high deck for space x rocket launch viewing!!! Notice- Fishing Pier and viewing deck are not attached to the property, they are on a shared space walking distance.

An entire home in the Long Island Village resort community. Great views of the wetlands with sunset over the channel from the decks. Both SpaceX facilities can also be seen from all decks. Just a short drive to South Padre Island beaches, food and attractions. Has 3 beds and an air mattress, giving options for the whole group to enjoy. Spacious living room/kitchen open layout for entertaining. Equipped kitchen and grill along with great local restaurants provides many dining options.

Arroyo City Cottage Fishing and Relax

150 ft. of fishing pier walkway plenty of room Water frontage and sits on over an acre of privacy. Features a 2 bedroom with 1 queen ,1 queen sofa sleeper, 2 twin beds; 1 bath cottage accommodates 6 occupants comfortably. Includes a dining table with seating for 4 and a kitchenette with a full sized stove/oven and refrigerator. Pot, pans, dinnerware are stocked in cabinet for your fresh catch of the day dinner plans. Don’t forget your fishing rods.

This beautiful piece of local history is located within walking distance of some of the most visited amenities in Brownsville, such as, Washington Park (Home of the Sombrero Fest), the Gladys Porter Zoo, Market Square, The Brownsville Museum of Fine Arts and UTRGV. South Padre Island & Boca Chica Beach are just 25 minutes away.
