Our peaceful country setting offers a warm, welcoming place to relax & enjoy the natural beauty of the Central Coast. Tucked away on a quiet street, you’re less than 10 minutes from feeling the sand between your toes at Pismo Beach (named “Best Coastal Small Town in the USA” by USA TODAY), sipping local Edna Valley wines, or sharing a meal at cozy cafés or inviting restaurants. When you arrive, our sweet dog—and a few friendly animal companions—will be there to greet you with a warm welcome.

Quiet Coastal-Valley Ranch Home

This quiet, country home is minutes away from Beaches, Wineries, the Arroyo Grande Village & Lopez Lake. Enjoy peace & tranquility while taking in the views of rolling hills, meadows, vineyards, deer, birds, and even a partial ocean view from your deck (on clear days)! We have 3 dogs, 1 goat, & 12 chickens on our 7 acre property. Sometimes we have pigs or cows too! If you are interested in a tour, feeding the animals, or if you have young kids who want a tractor ride, please be sure to ask!

Central Coast Country Retreat

My husband Mike and I are artists. We searched for 10 years to find the perfect spot for our retirement years. We found 7 1/2 acres here, on the Central Coast, with spectacular views of verdant trees covering rolling hills that reach all the way to the distant mountains south and east of Arroyo Grande Village. Come and stay in our Guesthouse, relax, explore the property, walk the quiet country lanes. For a rural setting, we are surprisingly close to all amenities, beaches, and wineries.

Hidden oasis..escape to tranquility..

Close to ocean..wineries..quiet..barbeque and firepit area..patio for sunbathing ..microwave and coffee pot..laundry in room w/d..small ..refrigerator..toaster...iron and ironing board and also wifi..pets MUST be picked up after..if you can provide coverings for bedding that would be great..hair is a problem! I'd also appreciate good behavior from dogs ..being barked or snarled at in my yard isn't acceptable and I spend a little time every day in my yard.. please leash if not trained

This charming studio cottage offers privacy and seclusion, yet walking distance to restaurants, cafes, a private small beach, and to numerous points of interest This is a NO SMOKING cottage.This private studio is located behind our home in a quiet neighborhood with a full bath, queen bed, wifi, and a full kitchen. We are halfway between San Francisco and LA with easy access to Highway 101. You will appreciate the ease of settling into this well designed space. You will have your own private parking space, entrance, a well stocked kitchen, as well as a clean organized home. This is a perfect launching spot to explore our scenic coastline, wine country, & coastal cities. For remote workers, it serves as an quiet and private space to work.

Coastal Casitas

Our picturesque guest house sits 30 feet from the main house, in our serene back yard. With your own private porch with a cozy fire pit! Located in a quiet family neighborhood. 2.1 miles from the beach 2 miles from Amtrak 1.3 miles from the charming village of Arroyo Grande. 15 miles to San Luis Obispo. Check in 4pm check out 11 am. We are always happy to honer an early check in or out if we have time and schedule.

Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm

The Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm is a wonderful peaceful guest house on a 5 acre lot. You’ll find a 780 sq.Ft indoor space with a private deck, giant oak trees and a beautiful view of the garden outside. The sunny open floor plan has a queen-sized bed, a couch, 2 loveseats a dining area and kitchen. The Cottage accommodates two adults. I will accept pets on a case-by-case basis.

Central Coast Guest House - Private entrance

Relax and enjoy your private getaway. All the amenities as your own home. Enjoy the Village of Arroyo Grande or a short drive to Avila Beach. We are near all the beaches and the Pismo Dunes. Save money and cook your own meals or use the outside BBQ. Kitchen is fully equipped for any meal. The house is on a Cul de sac, we love our location on the South side of Arroyo Grand.
