At approx. 1000 sq. ft. and no shared walls, you will enjoy quiet living with plenty of space for longer stays. Central but peaceful - Pismo & Avila Beaches, and downtown SLO, are 10-15 mins. away. Guests have full access to the Pickle and Bocce ball courts on the property. We are only minutes away from multiple well-known wineries.

With its stunning ocean views, being surrounded by green hills, you can be enjoying the terrace while sitting by the fire, or relaxing in the jacuzzi;the perfect recipe for the perfect getaway.

Patio furniture wiith covered gazebo, gas BBQ, pellet smoker/BBQ, patio heaters, fire table. Hot tub with gazebo accommodates 6. EV/Tesla charger in garage.

Our fully licensed place is located in the heart of the Arroyo Grande Village. Offering Restaurants, parks, historic self-guided walking tours, wine tasting, farmers market, music in the park, pubs, museums and much more. Minutes away by car to Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, Avila Beach and San Luis Obispo. We are the southern gateway to the Arroyo Grande and Edna Valley wine trail. This is the only apartment in the Robasciotti Building. It is your private oasis to call home away from home.

Hidden oasis..escape to tranquility..

Close to ocean..wineries..quiet..barbeque and firepit area..patio for sunbathing ..microwave and coffee pot..laundry in room w/d..small ..refrigerator..toaster...iron and ironing board and also wifi..pets MUST be picked up after..if you can provide coverings for bedding that would be great..hair is a problem! I'd also appreciate good behavior from dogs ..being barked or snarled at in my yard isn't acceptable and I spend a little time every day in my yard.. please leash if not trained
