The neighborhood offers: Fleetwood trail, lake/river fishing, short distance to wineries, golf course, boutique shopping, & resorts. Or (& my preference), watch the sunset with a good book & cocktail on the 3-tier deck with views from every room.

Upstairs is a sleeping loft with 2 rooms, 3 twin beds and a double bed. Large front porch.
