The house is located near a small village , south normanton and is close by to Alfreton, Mansfield, Chesterfield, Nottingham and Derbyshire Dales. The village has a selection of pubs, shops and close to McArthur Glen. The house is neat and tidy that is located on a quiet street so you are guaranteed a good night sleep, the house has all the amenities that is required for your stay and has great transport links with the M1 close by. The Laurels - a peaceful spot in village location

The Laurels offers one storey comfortable accommodation for young families; adults; and those wanting to explore the surrounding area. The lounge/dining room with patio doors overlooks the large, south facing, enclosed garden. As grandparents to a number of young children, we have toys and games for your use. 1 cot and 2 cotbeds are available by prior arrangement for young families and will easily fit as extras in the bedrooms. Sorry no pets / no smoking inside the property!
