Our purpose built Sanctuary is a real home from home , ideal for two adults plus pets ,to live in whilst visiting friends or family in the area or for using it as a base for a holiday as many guests use us to explore Northumberland , its wonderful beaches , Morpeth , Alnwick , Seahouses and Bamburgh .It’s also only a 5 minute drive to the local beach , the A19 and just a twenty minute bus ride into the centre of Newcastle ,using the great bus service catching the X7 which runs every 30 mins.

Studio @ The Gubeon

A self contained, compact studio apartment located within my home, with a private secure entrance. We are 3 miles from Morpeth town centre and easily reached from the main A1 and A696. It is a double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet. The apartment has its own kitchen with facilities/utensils for self catering (hob & microwave oven). There is a sofa and dining area with digital smart tv. There is tea and coffee provided along with fresh milk, butter,breakfast cereals and sliced bread.

Puddler's Cottage

Located in the centre of a small town, Puddler's Cottage is the perfect base to explore the stunning beaches and castles of Northumberland whilst only a short drive to vibrant Newcastle. With a wood burning stove, a cot available on request and a sofa bed downstairs, Puddler's has all you could wish for a cosy and comfortable getaway. We are well situated for beautiful Northumberland coastal areas, and the border country. Not too far from historical Durham City and only 20mins fromNewcastles shops and restaurants. Our beautiful house in the the mining town of Ashington will give you a relaxing and homely stay while you enjoy everything our county has to offer. Large south facing garden. A 5 minute walk to Ashington Train Station, Easy access North and South of the region via Train, A189 and A1. Woodhorn Museum, The Market Town of Morpeth and Newbiggin-by-the-Sea are all a few minutes away. On the immediate doorstep is the Town Centre, park, riverside walks and family restaurants with live music.

The Sheepwash Shepherds Hut Morpeth

Beautiful cosy Shepherds Hut with views over the local countryside. Our bespoke hand made, wood fired hot tub offers a unique bathing experience. Enjoy the natural warmth of the water, heated to around 38c ready for your arrival. Should you wish to top up the heat, the woodburner will be set up and ready to light. No electricity needed. This does need to be booked in advance, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required at a charge of £40.

The Nook, Morpeth Town

The Nook is a cosy one bedroom house ideally placed for all of Morpeth's riverside walks, decadent shopping, delicious cafes, fine restaurants and friendly bars. All just a short stroll into town. All of Northumberland's beautiful coastline from Bamburgh to Cresswell are easily accessed. The culture of Northumberland's castles, including Alnwick, Bamburgh and Dunstanburgh are a short drive away. Relax at The Nook while visiting Northumberland.
