Close to the local market and shops, my place is perfect to blend in with the locals, but provide you with an oasis in the sky to regenerate from everyday life, while enjoying Cagliari at 360º.

Nel residence Geremeas mare (45 km da aeroporto): appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino privato, composto da ingresso, salone con angolo cottura e divano letto matrimoniale, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia , veranda con terrazza vista mare (privati) dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali, ulteriore terrazzino (privato) sulla spiaggia (e' il terrazzo più vicino in assoluto alla spiaggia ) .

A 20 metri si trova il lungomare pedonale con pista ciclabile e la spiaggia del Poetto con i suoi chioschi. A 50 metri la fermata degli autobus ti collega al centro della città in 15 min.
