Romantic Getaway at a Guesthouse near Downtown Atascadero

We offer a full service guest house, with a private entrance. With attention to every detail and decorated with a fun mid-century modern flair! It has one bedroom, one bath, kitchen with all the amenities (including a stocked coffee station), and living room featuring a smart tv, and satellite. We offer WIFI as well. Should you need to do laundry, we have a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The guest house has a private deck which you will enjoy sipping a local wine on and enjoying the beautiful sunset! We also offer an outdoor table with chairs next to the deck for your enjoyment! From booking, to check out we will be available should you have any questions or as needed. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We hope to have the chance to meet/greet each one of our guests while they are staying in the guest house, however if that isn't possible we will have all accommodations ready! We also try and be as flexible as possible, please don't hesitate to ask about early check in, or late checkout if needed. We provide a house binder that contains pertinent information and our "favorites list" for the Central Coast area. Shannon and her husband Reggie live in the main home on the property. The guest house is nestled among many beautiful, mature oak trees in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. It’s centrally located close to downtown Atascadero, with easy access to Highway 101 North/South, and Highway 41 to Morro Bay. Uber Pool on site, for homeowners use, (however ask us in advance about our policy and the possibility of using the pool and or hot tub)

Paso Private Spotless Bungalow

"Welcome to Paso Robles. It's a charming town 10 minutes to downtown Paso Robles and less than 20 min to all the vineyards . The home has a large open living space and private fenced back yard for outdoor BQ's. The large front yard is beautifully landscaped and the back yard to enjoy the beautiful evening sunsets. I'm offering it to visitors that want a luxury home while having the privacy needed when visiting Paso. I may or may not be there at many times. I have a home in LA & there half time.

THE NOOK - walkable to downtown

The Nook is the full tiny home experience with modern features including a fireplace, full kitchen, and private yard. You can BBQ or cozy up to the fire pit and soak in the night sky. It's convenient to Highway 101, shopping, parks, Atascadero Lake Park/zoo, golf, hiking, historical downtown, a theater, breweries, wineries, and lots of great restaurants. The Nook is a short 20 minute drive from San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles wine country and breathtaking coastline including famous beach cities.

The Cottage at Old Morro

After a little time off Airbnb, The Cottage is back and better than ever Spring 2025! The perfect stop for your Central Coast adventure! Tastefully appointed and well stocked, the cottage is perfect for a getaway to Paso Robles wine country, the beach, San Luis Obispo, hiking trips or the famous HWY 1! The cottage is set in a beautiful spot at the lower end of our property under a mature and majestic grove of oak trees adjacent to a beautiful white barn with overhead twinkling bistro lights.

Maverick Hill Ranch Farm Stay

Come and spend the night in our little red barn. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our little barn has a small kitchenette, a large king size bed and a rustic bathroom. We have also included a cool corduroy bean bag that converts into a full size mattress. The room includes a large TV with Netflix and prime, Kurig coffee maker, a variety of teas, outdoor patio with a fire pit. On the property we have horses, cats, chickens and many dogs.

Roadrunner Ridge

Spring flowers paint the hills of the Central Coast. Warm days and crisp nights make spring a great time to enjoy the beauty of the wildflowers and wild life of the the back canyons. Enjoy the peace and solitude of the Central Coast back country in this 10ft x 12ft furnished wall tent. Enjoy the magnificent sunset over the vibrant greens, pinks and yellows of springtime in the back canyons. Temperatures average mid 60s/70s in the daytime and upper 40s/low 50s at night.

McClellan Cottage - centrally located studio

Escape to wine country in a fresh historic cottage. Centrally-located and full of charm. 539 square feet of living space featuring a queen bed, kitchenette, 3/4 bathroom, dining space and living room space to Netflix and chill. This studio cottage has an inviting open floor plan thoughtfully decorated to accommodate all your needs. The kitchenette comes equipped with a microwave, hotplate and all the tools needed to prepare a lovely meal and dine outside by the firepit.

The Barn at Old Morro is a refreshing and beautiful space centrally located to all the Central Coast has to offer! Tastefully appointed and well stocked, the barn is the perfect getaway for Paso Robles wine country, the Cayucos/Cambria/Morro Bay Coast, San Luis Obispo shopping or exploring the gorgeous Big Sur coastline! Wine Country Bungalow

The bungalow is very close to Paso Robles Wine County (15 min) with 200+ wineries and restaurants, also a 15 minute drive to the fun and historic San Luis Obispo which has great food and nightlife. You’ll love the location because the quant neighborhood, comfy king bed, amazing amenities, and fully fenced backyard. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. There are two beds, one real king bed, and one queen size air mattress.

Historic 1919 carriage house

The J Birdsall Banker property was developed from 1917 to 1919. The carriage house was constructed in 1919 and converted into housing during the housing shortage of World War 11 We have always referred to it as the honey moon suite because so many couples have lived there over the last 65 years. Couples still sometimes still stop to look and share old memories The carriage house was recently upgraded with all new interiors and is comfortably furnished

Wine Country Casita

Our Casita is located 1 1/2 miles from downtown Paso Robles in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It features a private entrance, a recently renovated, clean, and spacious room for up to 2 guests. It offers a queen bed, comfortable sofa, great Wifi, smart TV, coffee bar, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. The private bath has a walk-in shower. Parking is available on the street.
