Chase Mansion, 1880s Italianate right by City Hall

Originally built in 1885 by prominent grocer George Kennard, the mansion became the home of Cherry Mash creator Ernest Chase in 1912. Built in 1928 this home was built as a home for the neighboring church's pastor. This home was designed to resemble a German home by Edmond Eckel.
