HVAC that you control. Solar powered & green cleaning supplies! Awesome shared patio space! Speaking of our patio, we typically have legal marijuana growing there. If you want a free sample, let us know because we are happy to leave you a pre-roll or two. But remember, only smoke outdoors!

Located by hipster H St. corridor with great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, Whole Foods, and Atlas Theater. Union Station: 20 minute walk to the U.S. Capitol and Union Station are within walking distance. Union Market and Eastern Markets are close by.

Modern, DC Row House where you have the main floor unit that has a modern kitchen, an office nook and a cozy back patio. Our place is close to everything you need: -4 blocks to the trendy Union Market (lots of restaurants!) -3 blocks to Whole Foods -12 min walk to Union Station -20 min walk to Cap Hill -1/2 block to Cap Bike Share Note: As of March 2025, a new school is being built behind our house so there is construction noise from 7 AM-4 PM weekdays.

Gracie's Place on Capitol Hill

Furnished suite in a Capitol Hill/H Street/Atlas District home consisting of the entire third floor: master bedroom with queen bed, walk-in closet, dining table, and kitchenette. The second room has a twin bed and cable TV and a desk. Spacious full bath. This is not a separate unit, we live on the lower two floors. We have a small Lab mix who might bark initially but then loves everyone. The stairs are blocked as she is not permitted in the guest suite.

A sweet little basement studio located a block off of popular H Street NE. Our place is a renovated apartment with a private entrance. It is ideal for a couple or a solo traveler. This is a great location where restaurants, bars, coffee shops & grocery stores are within walking distance. We are a quick bike ride, taxi, or rideshare away to Capitol Hill, the National Mall, Smithsonian museums, the convention center, and downtown Washington, DC.

Solar-powered end unit property with tons of natural light. Recently renovated row home with a separate lower unit apartment near Union Market and NoMa. Note: The guest who left the 1 star review smoked weed in the unit and was mad at me for saying no smoking allowed. I’ve never gotten a 1 star review and that guest was the worst guest I’ve ever hosted.
